Materials: Using internationally recognized advanced steelmaking processes (EAF+LF+VD), we achieve sulfur and phosphorus contents of less than 0.002% and hydrogen levels of less than 1.0 ppm, guaranteeing high material properties from the start. This results in increased service life of work rolls and extended operating cycles of extrusion molds.
Forging: A wide range of presses from 1 to 12,000 tons, allowing the production of forgings of various sizes to meet a wide range of customer requirements.
Mechanical processing: Horizontal CNC lathes with spindle accuracy less than 0.01 mm and edge roll taper accuracy of ±0.01/1000 mm.
Product application: Mechanical components for rolling mills of metallurgical plants, including various types of work rolls, feed rolls, center rolls and edge rolls for rolling equipment.
