Materials
Electroslag remelting (ESR) materials of international standard are used as feedstock, and a three-level quality control system ensures the purity of the material:
• Spectrometric analysis reveals a deviation in chemical composition of no more than ±0.5%
• Low magnification metallographic inspection ensures the absence of defects such as shrinkage cavities, bubbles, cracks, non-metallic inclusions and white spots.
• Grain size is controlled according to ASTM standard, grade 6-8.
The material is corrosion and heat resistant from the source, making it particularly suitable for extreme chemical reaction conditions, including exposure to strong acids and alkalis.
Mechanical processing
CNC vertical lathes with spindle accuracy less than 0.02 mm, high rigidity and dimensional stability.
The material undergoes not only room temperature tensile tests, but also high temperature tensile tests at 350°C and 500°C, as well as intergranular corrosion tests, ensuring reliability throughout the entire life cycle.
