Forging capabilities:
Shanglin's press range includes 1T, 3T, 5T, 2000T, 4000T, 7200T to 12000T, as well as 3150T and 5000T high-speed forging presses.
The weight of individual forged shafts reaches 80 tons, diameter – up to Ø1000 mm.
Rapid forging line parameters: Ø120 mm – Ø590 mm × 18 m, straightness ≤1.5 mm/m.
Deep hole machining technology
Drilling small holes: deep holes Ø25.2–130 mm.
Large internal cavities: turning and milling of internal holes Ø3000 mm.
Fiber Structure Control: Fiber Optimization According to ASTM E381.
Typical areas of application
Power transmission shafts, marine propeller shafts, wind turbine main shafts, rolling mill cardan shafts, gear shafts, eccentric shafts, electric motor rotor shafts and other applications.
Quality assurance

✔Macrostructure control: surface etching or sulfur imprinting ensures the absence of cracks, white spots, pores, shrinkage, unacceptable non-metallic inclusions, folds, cavities and other defects.
