The materials are manufactured from refined steel using a triple refining process (EAF + LF + VD). A spectrometer provides 100% chemical composition control, while ultrasonic flaw detection ensures the absence of cracks, non-metallic inclusions, and other defects. Low-magnification macrostructural inspection is used to control grain size and degree of segregation, enabling strict quality control of the materials at the initial stage.

Product Description

Forging:

We use forging presses with capacities ranging from 1 to 12,000 tons, enabling us to produce a wide range of products. We can forge gear shafts, crusher parts, and main shafts for vertical ball mills, among other items. The process allows us to produce forgings of various sizes, meeting a wide range of customer requirements.

Mechanical processing:

The production facility is equipped with horizontal CNC lathes, five-axis machining centers, CNC boring and milling machines, and other equipment.
