Smelting Furnaces
As our source material, we use steel ingots produced by electric smelting with secondary processing and vacuum degassing, as well as electroslag remelting. This ensures a stable chemical composition and high metal quality.

We have presses of various sizes, with capacities ranging from 1 to 12,000 tons. We offer a wide range of products and high production capacity.

Heat Treatment Equipment
Heat treatment is performed using electric and gas stacker furnaces, shaft furnaces, and air, oil, and water cooling. Temperature tolerances in electric furnaces are controlled within ±10°C, and even up to ±5°C if necessary.
The quenching water baths are equipped with a water circulation system from General Electric (USA), which ensures uniformity and stability of product properties.

The company has various CNC machines: vertical and horizontal lathes, as well as deep drilling machines.
