Rough Disc Forgings
Production process
Based on the order's requirements, a rigorous manufacturing process plan (MPP) is developed—from raw materials to packaging and delivery. A flow chart of the process is shown below:

1. Confirmation of purchase of blanks
2. melting
3. visual inspection
4. chemical analysis
5.storage of blanks
6.preliminary heat treatment
7.forging
8. Heating
9.Feeding the workpiece
10.Development of the forging process
11. Inspection of blanks
12. rough machining
13.Ultrasonic testing (UT test)
14. rough machining
15. Ultrasonic testing and analysis of macrostructure
16.semi-full processing
17. control of mechanical properties (hardness, bending) and chemical composition
18. stress relief (vacation)
19.sample selection
20. Hardening and tempering (Q+T)
21. Macrostructure control
22.100% dimensional control
23.ultrasonic testing
24.package
25. storage
Quality control
✔ Forged wheels undergo 100% ultrasonic testing (UT) and meet the requirements of standards such as EN10228-3 (level 3), SEP1921-84 (class D). Macrostructure control guarantees the absence of cracks, white spots, pores, shrinkage, unacceptable non-metallic inclusions, folds, cavities and other defects on the etched surface of the product.
✔ Full quality traceability: the entire cycle – from smelting to the finished product.
