In May 2025, thanks to our ongoing efforts and strategic planning, our company successfully signed a contract for the production of high-precision mandrels valued at approximately 3 million yuan and with a delivery time of 120 days. This contract not only represents significant value but also serves as a key project, demonstrating the company's comprehensive capabilities through strict technical requirements and tight production schedules.
On a technical level, the company's engineering department responded quickly, conducting a comprehensive analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the mandrels, dimensional accuracy, and material stability. By innovatively optimizing heat treatment technology and cutting parameters, the team significantly reduced production costs while maintaining product quality, simultaneously saving the customer on procurement costs. Furthermore, a precision machining control system was implemented on the production line, ensuring critical dimensions meet high-standard tolerances. This step created a repeatable technical benchmark for the production of similar high-precision components.
In the area of supply chain and quality assurance, the purchasing department proactively established communication with partner factories to ensure the timely receipt of raw materials and the efficient allocation of production resources. The quality control department implemented end-to-end verification and tracking, monitoring and recording data from every stage of production directly on the shop floor, eliminating any quality deviations.
